  1. Spaghetti Bolognese: Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces spaghetti

Instructions:

  • Simmer the sauce for 20 minutes.

  1. Chicken Stir-Fry: Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
  • In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another minute.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together.
  • Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles.
  1. Classic Cheeseburger: Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Cheese slices
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional)

Instructions:

  • Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding desired toppings.
  1. Vegetable Curry: Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, peas, bell peppers, and potatoes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in curry powder, cumin, and coriander and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk and mixed vegetables to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer the curry for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve the vegetable curry over rice or with naan bread. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
  • Place a few lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  • Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve the baked salmon with your choice of side dishes.
