  3 Recipes For Not Eating Out Spaghetti Aglio e Olio: Ingredients: 8 ounces of spaghetti 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust according to your spice preference) Salt, to taste Parmesan cheese, grated (optional) Instructions: Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until the garlic turns golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the garlic-infused oil. Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat and serve the spaghetti aglio e olio in bowls. You can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
